EDWARD SCISSORHANDS A LA ZAMBIA
Barefeet (an organisation taking care of street kids) set up their own version of Tim Burtons film. Took the story, changed som stuff and made a unique version including nshima, poaching and witchcraft. Inspiring!

LUCIA
Meatballs, jansson's temptation, lussebullar, ham and mustard at the Swedish ambassadors residence. Of course I had to cry a bit, as I always do during Lucia, it's a soft spot.

HOME SWEET HOME
Arrived in Lusaka with passports and a lot of odd stamped papers. After some confusion, the immigration officer gave me a broad smile and said "Welcome back home madam". Does that mean I'm Zambian now? Sitting at home on my verandah that doesn't feel too bad!
